Hi all,
Does anyone know of an easy to read Harry Potter timeline? The 7 or so I found on google either aren't easy to read with JAWS in my opinion, or contain stuff that isn't even rellivent to Harry and his stay at hogworts.
Thanks,
John

how about the books themselves john? Why do you need a timeline when you have them?

There is just so much stuff that happens in the book and it would be nice to have o one to keep all the stuff straight.

um... you could just create one yourself... just read the books over again and write down what dates and stuff you find important..

Here, here! You just said what I was going to say. If you want though, I'll make one.

basically though

mwpp era
golden trio era
second gen era

I know really basic, but the main core. This book mentions three times. No matter how brief the mentions are, it's definitely there.

The Lexicon timeline's actually very accurate even though it's confusing. Yes, you could read the books again, but very few days, weeks and months're actually mentioned and no years're mentioned at all. When I read the first book, I thought the year Harry started Hogwarts was 1999 according to his letter he received from Dumbledore, but it was in fact, September 1991. HRH, DCG and other members of Harry's year group were born in year 0 (19799-1980.) The Lexicon timeline's only confusing if you don't know all the JAWS quick keys and short cuts to navigate round it. Give it another go. All the time periods and years're grouped in their own categories. Just Jaws key F7 and away you go. The rest is easy.

Lol! I can't find anything on that site. Lmao! Well, you can use inferences, as in. Lily was born 1960 and so is James. They go to school together. Have Harry in 1980. Harry ages eleven years that makes it 1991. There you are.
